Our philosophy is shaped by intuition, encompassing the essence of places, people, and the way we warmly welcome our guests. It has never been just about accommodation and standard norms. Both mountains and valleys are omnipresent here in South Tyrol. The valleys are deep, the gorges steep, the peaks high, the mountains angular. Our three houses are situated at two different altitudes: in Lagundo, at 445m above sea level, you breathe in the scent of palm trees. In Auna di Sopra, fresher breezes sweep through, even in high summer – a delightful “Sommerfrische” summer retreat on the Renon plateau.

Stay as many days as you like. In a penthouse, in a suite, in the Loft, or in Haus Engadein. Each is a retreat where you can relax, work, and get active. Quiet and comfortable, well-equipped to nurture creativity and moments of reflection. Long-stay or workation, call it what you like. Stay where and how you prefer. If you plan to stay with us for four weeks or longer, we can accommodate you with favourable pricing.

We delight in sharing insights into first-class restaurants, traditional Alpine huts, inns with experimental cuisine, as well as nearby shops. We visit them regularly ourselves and are happy to make reservations on your behalf. Every afternoon, you can enjoy Ruth’s legendary homemade cakes in the lounge – if you like, she will share the recipe. Last but not least, we recommend that you stock up on all sorts of tasty things in our little bottega and treat yourself to the luxury of cooking for yourself...

While we could easily suggest them all, it’s your taste that counts. For those who are uncertain, we encourage you to taste and explore. It would give us the utmost pleasure to connect you with a winery of your choice, one that is young and innovative. Surrounded by vineyards, we know the local wines and their captivating stories. The walls of our wine cellar date back to the 16th century. Under its cool vaults, you can also taste a glass of our own wine, “V”.
